We ship worldwide except to some countries such as Russia, India, Pakistan, Morocco, Iran and Iraq. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We offer free shipping worldwide.

Every order is hand-packed by AS29 Team.

We ship all orders Monday through Friday (no weekends). All orders are shipped via FedEx and should arrive within 2-7 business days.

If the item is in-stock, we process & ship the products on the same-day, if the order is placed before 18:00 PM (HKT). It may take 2-4 business days to reach you after the order is dispatched from our headquarters.

Items on the website that arrive with made-to-order labels require 6 weeks of production + 2 weeks of delivery timeline from warehouse to headquarters and finally to reach you. Do not worry, we ensure we are in touch with you throughout the journey to update you about your custom product delivery. (excluding the time needed at custom clearance).

Due to COVID-19, some orders might be delayed due to flight availabilities and a lack of manpower.

All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Hong Kong.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email from us containing a tracking code shortly after your order is processed. You may track your shipment on our logistic partner’s website.

Duties & Taxes are not included in the final price. You can always pre-calculate your duty & tax of each product from the small flag button on bottom-right on the website. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. If you are based in Hong Kong, you won't need to pay any duties & taxes.

Orders

When a product is labelled Pre-Order, it means we do not hold that in our inventory. Our master Jewellers will produce that piece especially for you. You can customize the piece in your choice of Gold Colour by contacting us at info@as29.com within 24 hours of placing the order. All made-to-order pieces are shipped within 4-6 weeks, giving our jewellers sufficient time to complete your order. 

If there is a delay at the production level, due to unforeseen circumstances, our team will be in touch consistently throughout. 

We accept all major credit cards, Apply Pay & Google Pay. You can view & pay for products in local currency by choosing your preferred currency option from the footer.

All our products are insured. All product prices are inclusive of insurance. Each order package arrives with AS29 Certificate of Authenticity.

We assure you that your financial information is 100% encrypted when you're ordering from AS29. Our website incorporates physical, electronic, and administrative procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information. Please check our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions pages for more details.

We provide 365 days warranty on all our products and you enjoy a lifetime warranty on wear & tear over the course.

During the 1-year warranty period, any accidental damage done to your Jewellery will be fully covered, except for gemstone damage (such as scratched or lost stones). We will also cover any manufacturing defects, provided you inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Our warranty does not cover lost or damaged gemstones, theft, loss, breakage, negligence, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or ring resizing.

Please contact us at info@as29.com for any warranty-related inquiries, and include photos and receipts of your purchase whenever relevant. Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

All our items which are custom produced for you cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, if you receive a piece of Jewellery from us that is with a manufacturing defect (missing a stone, scratched gold, faded rhodium etc.), please notify us at info@as29.com within 24 hours.

Note: It is mandatory to provide full description of the problem or damage, along with photographs and/or videos. We cannot accept returns without prior intimation.

As for items in-stock, we will be unable to accept product exchanges at the time. You may return your purchase to us and use your refund to place a new order for the item you would like instead.

We are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they’ve been placed. Our team works quickly to fulfill orders so we can get your Jewellery to you as soon as possible. If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address or need to cancel your order, please reach out within 1 hour of order placement by contacting us atinfo@as29.com. We will try our best to accommodate your request but we cannot make any guarantees.

If you miss the deadline, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt.

However, for all made-to-order items, we will be unable to cancel, exchange or accept returns, once the production has begun.
