FOR ALL JEWELLERY
We recommend you store all of your jewellery separately, in order to prevent tangles, scratches or other damage.
We don't recommend wearing jewellery when you sleep, swim or participate in sporting activities.
Take care to avoid your jewellery coming in direct contact with perfumes, hair-spray, makeup or other cosmetics. We suggest you always put on your jewellery last when getting ready.
To clean your jewellery, use a cloth specifically made for gold and/or silver jewellery and rub gently; do not use any abrasive materials to scrub the jewellery as this will scratch and tarnish your pieces.
We do not recommend the use of any cleaning products not specifically made for the care of your jewellery type.
FOR JEWELLERY WITH PRECIOUS STONES
Take care to protect the stones and diamonds from knocks and scratches.
Each gem stone is unique. Due to its composition, many gem stones can be fragile; a fall or strong knock could damage it.
To clean your jewellery, use a cloth specifically made for gold and/or silver jewellery and rub gently; do not use any abrasive materials to scrub the stones as this could scratch or damage them.

FOR BANGLES & CUFFS
We offer bangles and cuffs in three sizes: Small (54 x 44mm), Medium (57 x 47mm) and Large (60 x 50mm).
Note: Measurements provided are for the inner-circumference, and final products may vary slightly.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
MADE TO ORDER JEWELLERY
In majority cases, we will always have the product in stock. If it is not, your jewellery will be custom-made especially for you within 2-4 weeks + shipping time, depending on the complexity of the piece(s) ordered.
During peak period, production times may be longer. If we anticipate or if there are any delays we will contact you as soon as possible.
If you do not like to wait, we will inform you with an alternative choice.
Note: There can be no changes to orders once production begins. Please take care while placing your order to ensure everything is correct.
Payment in full is required for order to be processed. All prices are quoted in USD. Please note, the customer can view the total amount in local currency by choosing their preferred currency option. However, final payments are only available in USD.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
As all AS29 jewellery is made-to-order, we therefore accept no exchanges or requests for refunds.
While we take great care to inspect the quality of every piece before shipping, if you receive a new piece of jewellery from us that is defective (missing a stone, scratched gold, faded rhodium etc.) please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours.
Note: We need a full description of the problem or damage, along with photographs and/or videos. We do not accept returns without prior intimation.
If you have purchased a piece of AS29 jewellery from us in the past, and require it to be repaired for any reason, please email us at email@example.com with photos and full description of problem/issue.
After reviewing your repair requirements, we will follow up with a quotation for the necessary repairs if they are possible.
All are items are shipped from our headquarters in Hong Kong. We use a top-tier international courier services to ship your jewellery.
Shipping costs are quoted directly through our website and are inclusive of taxes, duties & insurance during final checkout.
All orders are fully insured and packed securely in branded packaging.
To ensure all items are delivered securely, all deliveries require the customer's signature.
Note: While we ship nearly all over the world, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
