Our return policy lasts 14 days, from the day you have received your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all its labels and tags attached and undamaged. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, please find below the steps to follow:
- Email us reason of return & attach the proof of purchase
- If you have received a damaged item, please attach the photos or video of the product
- We will accordingly accept and confirm your return
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a stipulated period of time.

To return your product, we will provide you with clear instruction on how to ship it back and how to pack your parcel securely. Any item not packed in the exact recommended way will not be refunded. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless in situation of damage or breakage. In order to have the refund accepted, please inform us before shipping. We will not accept shipment which is not pre-approved.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours by emailing on firstname.lastname@example.org from the date of order received. Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt. Items must be without wear and in shipped condition.
